Other models and colours usually arrive within about 7 working days.
Do you have your own transport service?
Yes. We deliver with our own vehicle and team, for a single chair or a full office order. Chairs arrive assembled and are placed where you need them. Any transport charge for your location is confirmed before you order.
What warranty do your chairs have?
Revolving chairs carry a 2-year warranty on the chair lift cylinder and 1 year on the mechanism, metal base and wheels. Mesh chairs also get a 3-year warranty on the PU moulded seat. Physical damage, corrosion, fabric, fibre parts and imported models are not covered. Claims are handled directly by our Mehsana store.
Can I try chairs before buying?
Yes. Every model is on display at our showroom on Modhera Road, Mehsana. Sit in as many as you like — we’ll help you adjust each one so you can compare properly.
